Welcome to Panton Hill Estate

The Panton Hill Estate olive grove is a family owned and run farm, which is nestled in the western hills of the famous Yarra Valley. Being a small grove of 1000 trees, individual attention is given to every tree, whether the activity be cultivating, pruning, irrigating or harvesting. Importantly, this means that the quality of the fruit from which our oils are extracted, is of the highest standard, resulting in outstanding extra virgin olive oil.

We were delighted to have this confirmed in 2007, when the Panton Hill Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil – a blend of 80% Tuscan Frantoio and 20% Correggiola – received a silver medal in the Australian Golden Olive Awards. Our grove also includes the Greek variety, Koroneiki (an oil olive with a distinctive flavour, ideal for blending), the ever-popular black table olive, Kalamata, and the large green table olive, Californian queen.
